June 25, 2009 Michael Jackson has died at the age of 50.
Jackson died at UCLA Medical Center in L.A Ed Winter, the assistant chief coroner for Los Angeles County, confirmed his office had been notified of the death and would handle the investigation. Michael began his musical career at the age of 5 as the lead singer of the Jackson 5 who formed in 1964. In these early years the Jackson 5, Jackie, Jermaine,Tito,Marlon and lead singer Michael played local clubs and bars in Gary Indiana and moving further afield as there talents grew and they could compete in bigger competitions. From these early days Michael would be at the same clubs as big talented stars of there days, such as Jackie Wilson and would be learning from them even back then. In 1968 the Bobby Taylor and The Vancouvers discovered the Jackson five and from there they got an audition for Berry Gordy of Motown Records. The Jackson 5 signed for Motown and moved to California. Their first 4 singles, “I Want You Back”, “ABC”, “The Love You Save”, and “I’ll Be There” all made US No1 hits. The rest is history.. The King of pop made a rare public appearance in March, announcing plans to come back with 10 concert at the London’s 02 arena…Watch the video

Anthony Abbate beat,kick,punch a Chicago female bartender, Karolina Obrycka in February of 2007 . You would think a police officer would know the differences between, right and wrong . First he goes into the bar area drunk . Then he start screaming,pushing,kicking, and throwing things around. Ms. Obrycka tried to push the off duty officer out from behind the bar. His drunk ass Fell-down , now he’s feeling embarrass. So now he think it’s Ok too beat the shit out of a 5-foot-3 125 pound woman . Keep in mind this guy is about 250 pounds. Oh! I’m sorry Mr. Abbate you were defending your self. Anthony (Woman Beater) Abbate . You are one stupid Punk ass Woman Beater. You and your buddies should be sent to jail. I think is another example of the outrageous favoritism towards cops and officers and Cook County Judges

President Obama signed the anti-smoking bill yesterday, and praised it for a better future Generation. Thank God !! No offense to people that can’t stop smoking. But it stinks !! Now that the bill was signed the food and Drug Administration can regulate what the tobacco companies are putting in their product, and make it public . YES !!!!! No more candy flavor that appeal to kids and block misleading labels like( light and low tar) . Please !!! there is no such thing . The tobacco companies also will be required to cover their cartons with large graphic ( WARNING ) .

Today the City of Chicago will send out layoff notices to 1500 employees . The unions and the city could not come to an agreement . Mayor Daley wanted the unions to consider some concessions to save City of Chicago jobs. The unions wanted a two year contract agreement , that there will be no layoffs.
Chief Financial Officer Gene Saffold announced on 6-4-09 that the city of Chicago will send out layoff Notices next week to hundreds of city workers . The unions and city can’t agree on the 16 days off without pay and accept compensatory time instead of cash for overtime . I can, I’m fed up !! Next year is going to be the same thing, we need more money ! No problem get rid of those jobs that are not needed, and the people that don’t come to work, none professional so call tradesmen, and those political a$$ holes that I work with. Is a shame how it works around here.
Can someone tell me why the City of Chicago have all of the signs on Ontario St, covered up with white plastic ? Why are they putting tickets on cars at 1:15 A.M.
This one goes out to my hard working coworkers, city of chicago employees, and regular hard working citizens of chicago that work everyday. I think is bad business when the city of chicago send out there parking ticket crews out in overdrive to issuing out citations, just to make money . We are one of the highest tax paying citizens in the U.S. today. This city make so much money in one day on tickets along . They just wrote me a $60 ticket on 5-30-09 in the park, Just because, my Back tire was one inch on the “parkway” . That would be The curve . I believe it’s just another way of getting money out of citizens. I’m going to fight this one !!!!
