I’m passing this along! People are R E A L L Y crazy! If you are female, take heed! If you are male and have a significant female in your life who you care about, whether it’s your wife, your girlfriend, your daughter, your sister, your niece, your cousin, your next door neighbor; whomever………….pass this along! A man came over and offered his services as a painter to a female putting gas in her car and left his card.. She said no, but accepted his card out of kindness and got in the car. The man then got into a car driven by another gentleman. As the lady left the service station, she saw the men following her out of the station at the same time. Almost immediately, she started to feel dizzy and could not catch her breath.. She tried to open the window and realized that the odor was on her hand; the same hand which accepted the card from the gentleman at the gas station..

She then noticed the men were immediately behind her and she felt she needed to do something at that moment. She drove into the first driveway and began to honk her horn repeatedly to ask for help. The men drove away but the lady still felt pretty bad for several minutes after she could finally catch her breath. Apparently, there was a substance on the card that could have seriously injured her..

This drug is called ‘BURUNDANGA‘ and it is used by people who wish to incapacitate a victim in order to steal from or take advantage of them.

This drug is four times dangerous than the date rape drug and is transferable on simple cards. So take heed and make sure you don’t accept cards at any given time you are alone or from someone on the streets. This applies to those making house calls and slipping you a card when they offer their services.

Burundanga is a real drug that is well known in Colombia and a source if widespread concern.  Criminals in Colombia have been known to put the drug into food, gum, or drinks of people. It’s known  to put people into a trance-like state in which they appear to be conscious ,but powerless to resist orders.  Victims have been known to make bank withdrawals, participate in handing clothing, furniture, and other valuables over to thieves just because they were told to do it. Burundanga is described as being odorless and tasteless, so it would not have produce a strong odor described in the E-mail

We also didn’t find any incidents in which anyone has passed the drug to another person  through simple touch, such as on a business card.

Did you know that credit card Companies can increase your fees any time they feel like making more money ,this have been going on for  years, some people pay up to 21 percent in fees with in months , if you are late making one payment . I here people complain  all the time , I  can’t  get a new car or house because my credit is Jack up   (THEY OWE MONEY).   HEY WAKE UP PeOPLE ! Do you think the credit card companies , are in business to help you ?  NO NO NO !! if you don’t have the money Don’t Buy It. All your doing is getting into more debt . Just to name a few Citi Bank HSBC,Discover,Chase,Bank of America.  Even home owners with good credit  have to be careful nowadays. Mortgage companies are having big problems today . People are walking away from there loans and mortgages.  Now I here that banks  are reassessing your equity , line of credit and mortgages  with out giving you a notice , Well some give notices out . Now that the banks are losing money they want to take back their money they loaned you . (Example) if  your house was appraise for $300,000 two years ago  and now deemed  to $150,000  that means no more line -of- credit  . They  can reappraise your home from their office… WOW!!  LOL LOLOL that’s Bull shit !! get your own appraiser, if you think it’s worth the fight

If you believe their was  a mistake on your credit card call the company and try to negotiate the problem or just pay them off, and be done with it ! When you are dealing with some banks and credit card company They are only in business to drive customer deeper in to debt ,It doesn’t matter to them if your credit is A1

 We Lost a Great African American Man, by the name  of  Dempsey  J. Travis. On Thursday July 2, 2009 at the age of 89 . A  Man that i respected and admired as a father figure role-model. No disrespect to my dad, Theodore R. Jackson Sr. R.I.P. . When i first heard about Dempsey  J. Travis , i was about 25 yrs. old , I read Mr. Travis Book, and different articles about him. I even heard some people say that he was the owner of all the big buildings on the South Side of Chicago . LOL LOL,. Man was i excited to here this about a black Man !!. He was an Author, activist, entrepreneur, historian and self-made multi-millionaire. See when i was about 12 yrs. old , I didn’t have a father at home . At that time I was looking for information about, getting a job, and how I can help my family get through  hard times . When i was a  young man my mother used to say, son be patient and keep doing what you do, it’s going to work out one-day . Boy was she right ! At that time I work for a man name Austin Taylor, a real-estate developer who own court-way buildings in Chicago. He was like a father to me at the age of 16 . First I was cleaning  and mopping  hallways in his buildings. Then He taught me different trades like painting ,carpentry,electrical,roofing and rehab work . I’m very grateful today for this Man. Now I’m a member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. See Mr. Taylor work very hard, not smart . I mean, we did all the work in the buildings without any help or contractors for many years and that took a toll on his health. Later he died in his 70’s with no money in 1996. When I became a developer I picked  up  those same habits, some were good some were bad . The point I’m trying to make here is, Motivation,Information,and Experience is the best teaching . Today I try to learn from other people’s mistakes. 

I bought  Dempsey Travis book  in  2000 . ” Real Estate is the Gold in Your Future”. After reading this book, I was like ” I GOT IT ! ” I bought a beautiful two flat building,  and a house in the chatham community.  Just Imagine if i had a father at home and this book at the age of 12 .  Thank you  for the info Mr. Travis . The City of Chicago union city workers receive layoff notices, informing them that a reduction in force is occurring in there department ,due to the lack of funds and collective Bargaining between the city of chicago and the Unions. Well it’s been 17 days and July 15, 2009 will be the deadline before  the mayor say bye bye . There are three unions out there Teamsters,Laborers and AFSCME that can save 1500 Jobs.  WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR !“SAVE JOBs SAVE JOBs”! The mayor announce early this year, that times are hard, wait until next year. The mayor always  say, we need more money we need more money. He say this ever year, I would take off to save jobs, what ever it takes. Next 2 years is going to be the same thing ,while  this mayor is in office. Please understand it’s a BROKEN SYSTEM here in Chicago.

Judge Robert Gettleman   Sentence Former Chicago police officer about 11 years in the slammer on tuesday. His name is Richard Doroniuk , He was sentence for bribery,   racketeering ,and robbing Chicago drug dealers, and he pleaded guilty.  Shame Shame Shame !! Thank you judge Gettleman  for taking this Dirt-Ball ,and his buddies off the streets . I think he should have got more time like 20 to 30 years. See he was a legal drug dealer with a gun and a badge . See where i come from that’s  some powerful  shi* .  So you tell me, what’s the difference ?   We need more judges to understand the difference between, right and wrong. I’m a living witness there’s too many complaints here in Chicago ,THE BROKEN SYSTEM  . Last week  another  Ex Cop was sentenced about 3 years  in a federal court  for beating a 60 year old man that  was handcuff and shackled to a wheel chair on video

June 25, 2009  Michael Jackson has died at the age of 50.

Jackson died at UCLA  Medical Center in L.A Ed Winter, the assistant chief coroner for Los Angeles County, confirmed his office had been notified of the death and would handle the investigation.  We miss you Michael Jackson !! Michael began his musical career at the age of 5 as the lead singer of the Jackson 5 who formed in 1964. In these early years the Jackson 5, Jackie, Jermaine,Tito,Marlon and lead singer Michael played local clubs and bars in Gary Indiana and moving further afield as there talents grew and they could compete in bigger competitions. From these early days Michael would be at the same clubs as big talented stars of there days, such as Jackie Wilson and would be learning from them even back then. In 1968 the Bobby Taylor and The Vancouvers discovered the Jackson five and from there they got an audition for Berry Gordy of Motown Records. The Jackson 5 signed for Motown and moved to California. Their first 4 singles, “I Want You Back”, “ABC”, “The Love You Save”, and “I’ll Be There” all made US No1 hits.  Judge John Fleming  let a Chicago off duty Police officer Anthony Abbate, Wait !! , let me get his name right !!  ( THE WOMAN BEATER ) walk with probation on Tuesday 23, 2009.  Anthony Abbate  beat,kick,punch a Chicago female bartender, Karolina Obrycka  in February of  2007 . You would think a police officer would know the differences between, right and wrong . First he goes  into  the bar area drunk . Then he start screaming,pushing,kicking, and throwing things around. Ms. Obrycka tried  to push the off duty officer out from behind the bar. His drunk ass Fell-down , now he’s feeling embarrass. So now he think it’s Ok  too beat the shit out of a 5-foot-3 125 pound woman . Keep in mind this guy is about 250 pounds. Oh! I’m sorry Mr. Abbate  you were defending your self.  Anthony (Woman Beater) Abbate . You are one stupid Punk ass Woman Beater. You  and your buddies should be sent to jail. I think is another example of the outrageous favoritism towards cops and officers and Cook County  Judges

President Obama signed the anti-smoking bill yesterday, and  praised it for a better future Generation. Thank God !! No offense to people that can’t stop smoking. But it stinks !!  Now that the bill was signed the food and Drug Administration can regulate what the tobacco companies are  putting in their product, and make it public .  YES !!!!!  No more candy flavor that appeal to kids and block misleading labels like( light and  low tar) . Please !!!  there is no such thing   . The tobacco companies also will be required to cover their cartons with large graphic ( WARNING ) .
